He was also part of the podiobook vanguard on with Spherical Tomi: A Novel of Despair, a cyberpunk samurai’s tale. Jack’s short fiction has appeared in audio and in print in collections like The Amityville House of Pancakes and Podthology: The Pod Complex. His Ministry short story Night’s Plutonian Shore was a finalist for Best Short Fiction in the Parsec Awards.

In that story Jack named the American counterpart of the Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences. The Office of the Supernatural and Metaphysical will now be featured heavily in Books Three and Four of the series.
